CBP is rejecting roughly one in six CAPE declarations, mostly on line-level mismatches against the entry summary as originally filed (CBP Form 7501) — HTS, value or quantity. A single bad line rejects the whole declaration, and an accepted declaration cannot be amended afterwards.
Plans are sized by how many client EINs they carry: the base broker plan covers up to 25 client EINs with 3 seats and 500 entries a month, and Broker Pro covers up to 100 client EINs with 10 seats and 2,500 entries a month. Broker Pro adds CSV export and priority support. Books above 100 EINs are quoted individually, with API access and custom contract terms. Oulution is not a licensed customs broker or law firm and does not transact customs business. Outputs are analytical worksheets generated from the importer's own ACE data for the importer's internal compliance review. The importer of record, or its licensed customs broker or attorney, is solely responsible for deciding whether, what and when to file with CBP.
